Uneventful and Unorganised

Weigh in was uneventful for me this week showing a fairly disappointing stay-the-same result. I felt like I deserved a loss this week after being reasonably well behaved at the weekend so I had a look at my food diary for the week to see where I had gone wrong and actually, although my weekend was OK I forgot I had had a meal out in the week, only one trip to aerobics, no yoga and two days of feeling poorly and eating rubbish. I also accidentally ate 5 points worth of croissant? I didn't realise they were that many points :( So ... still 11st 4lbs. Still 4lbs to go to reach mini goal and only one weigh in to do it. I think we can safely say I am going to miss the goalposts on this one. Darn it. I am going to try and get as close as possible for next weeks weigh in however.

Yesterday I was fairly unorganised. I forgot my aerobics kit, my glasses, my packed lunch and my security swipecard for the office. Being disorganised is when I run into trouble as I am overly generous when guesstimating points values for meals and have no concept of portion size. Being as I was unable to go to aerobics (unless I went and did it in my pants and socks like they used to make you do in primary school ... I doubt they get away with that anymore) I used my time wisely to make up for the rest of the days muddle. I went home and cooked a Quorn Chilli with rice for tea. It was nice actually, I am certainly coming round to the idea of using Quorn instead of minced beef and Hubby doesn't seem to mind it either so I think that will continue. While I was cooking the cilli I also had another pan on the go making a 0 point tomato pasta sauce. I made my packed lunch of chicken salad sandwich on wholemeal with a selection of fruit AND as I am working late and want to avoid the school dinners I have the 0 point pasta sauce with mushroom tortellini and salad for tea.
