Maintaining weigh in #2

Weigh in last night showed a gain of 1/4lb. Taking me to 10st 1lb. Not bad considering all the rubbish I ate and not counting my points again.

I am using my tracker this week though and I am going to count everything. I am booked in to the gym today and Thursday and I'm hoping to loose that 1lb by next Monday. If not loose. Then I don't want to gain anymore.

I am good during the day. But once it comes to after eating my tea..I don't know what it is, but I just feel like pigging out. This needs to STOP. Immediately. I have special K and a salad for lunch with a banana, an apple and a yogurt for snacks. Will want something quick and easy for tea as I'd have been to the gym and my mom is coming over to see Fin. I think I'll just have a ww lasagne and waffles for tea.

Well done to Gem and Vix this week. They have both been very good indeed.
