Gem's New Mini Goal

Right ... I have decided on a new mini goal. It's very mini. Graduation isn't until the 20th June, which is too far away for a mini goal. By rights I should be at my actual goal by then but let's not think about that for now.

I have a few days away booked for over Easter ... Me, Hubby, Mom, Dad, Brother and his Girlfriend are going to Lincolshire for a short break in a cottage in the countryside. Nice. Holidays are notorious for weight gain so I want to be under 11 stone by the time I go away so that I (hopefully) wont be more than 11 stone when we get back. That gives me 3 official weigh ins between now and then to lose at least 4lbs.

There ... I have thrown down the gauntlet. Not an easy challenge but a challenge none the less.

Today I have had rice crispies for breakfast, I plan to have a ww wrap for lunch and some fruit and an alpen light bar for a snack with a cuppa later on. That's 10 points (depending on what fruit I choose) during the day. Then either salmon or chicken with new potatoes and veg for tea which equates to about 6 points so there's room for a yoghurt or more fruit later too.
