As I have mentioned in previous posts. Since getting to goal I have been less saintly. I have been pigging out on biscuits and chocolate. Not good. Not only will I gain weight from doing this, but it is very un-healthy.
Now I am at the weight I am happy with I need to make sure I eat healthy and stay active. Will make me feel better inside and out. Lately I have been feeling, tired and lazy. This is most likely to do with what I eat. I eat low point lunches and teas and because of this I pig out on rubbish of an evening. So now I have more points to have per day I need to up my calorie intake at lunch/tea time, thus helping me snack less. Makes sense.
My new mission/goal...
NO CHOCOLATE, OR BISCUITS UNTIL APRIL 6TH.
Tony has hidden these foods that are already in the house. When I go shopping on Friday I will only buy the biscuits that Fin likes and I won't eat those. Tony will do without biscuits, but not chocolate hehe. He will fetch that when he runs out and he will again hide it. I really am going to do this. I know it's only 11 days, but as it is something I really love and enjoy eating, it's going to be really hard. But will make myself do it and I bet I will feel better for doing it.
