1st weigh in after getting to goal

I didn't have time to weigh in on Monday as I was at Finley's parents eveining and it was late when I got home. So I did a weigh in last night. I was 10 stone and 3/4lb which is a gain of 1lb. I think that is ok as I know I will go up and down around 10 stone from now on. It's what happens to everyone at the end of the day. No one is the same weight week in, week out. I had also been to the gym. Don't know if that makes any diffencece with weight, but I'll go with that.

I didn't count points nor did I behave very well last week. I kept using the excuse...I deserve this, I am at goal. But that happened the whole week. Even Tony said it when I had the second chocolate bar one evening hehe.

Anyway. I will start counting points again now as I know I need too (just wanted a week off)

Today I have had special K for breakfast and I do have a salad for lunch as I have not had one for a while now (I had a few sarnies or pasta bowls last week :o) I have a banana and a yogurt for snacks. For tea I have a chicken breast with cous cous, a jacket spud with a squirt of extra light mayo and salad. Will have fruit for afters. Pineapple and strawberries. Yummy.

I am going to the gym again on Thursday. That will be my new routine. I will run more and use a few more weights to help me tone up. I have stopped the rower now as I think this is what hurts my back.
