I'M AT GOAL

So pleased. I was really good all week. Stuck within points. Went to the gym twice. Went on the wii fit a few times and went for a long walk on Saturday. Tony has been doing it with me which really helped.

I lost 2 and 3/4lbs taking me to 9 stone 13 and 1/4lbs. Hoorah, I've done it...Reached my ultimate goal weight.

Thats a loss of 32lbs ...or...2 stone 4lbs...or...16 bags of sugar.

So now its maintain time. Will keep up with the gym and still behave food wise as I know how quick it can go back on.

I'm going to celebrate with a snickers later on. Yuuuuum. I am going to the gym today and Thurday this week. Will hopefully go for a run/jog/walk this weekend as well.

I have special K for breakfast, A ham salad and a yogurt for lunch and a few strawberries and some special K mini breaks for snacks...not forgetting my snickers woowooo. Not sure what to have for tea yet. I'm quite fancying beans on toast.

Whoop whoop whoop.

I have just worked out that I can have 25 points a day. Thats 7 extra points a day. Blimey :D
