Last (working) week went pretty well food wise. I was unable to go to the gym because of my back and then on Friday I had some work to do which stopped me going.
Friday evening I went to a party with my mom. The buffet looked amazing..and I couldn't resist. I pigged out. Slice of pizza, cheese cob, pasta, potato salad, cheese rolls. Then I had a pudding of fruit and a meringue.
Saturday I had a banana for breakfast and a Gregg's sausage roll for lunch. For tea I had ww soft cheese on a ww toasted bagel. But during the day I did snack on biscuits. Once Fin went to bed on that evening myself and Tony had a go on the wii. I was doing very well and had done 30 minutes when I then decided to have a go on super hula. I was spinning that fast that me and Tony starting laughing. As soon as I did that I felt my back go again. I was in agony...raaaa. So I couldn't go for the run I had promised myself I would do on Sunday.
Sunday I again pigged out. I had 2 bowls of special K for breakfast, cheese spread on crackers for lunch and ate even more biscuits. Terrible and very piggy. I didn't have a proper tea due to all the biscuits I ate. Just had a yogurt. But then also had a curly wurly. As you can see I was very naughty and a pattern is emerging that I am good until a Friday afternoon. Why on earth can I not behave of a weekend?
Anyway. I had weigh in last night. Luckily i'd stayed the same at 10 stone 2lb. Phew.
Tony has started dieting with me this week so I'm sure this will help me. Also Vix lost 3lb this week so that has spurred me on to be good. I'd like to say that I will loose these last 2lb by next weigh in, but I guess that depends on if I can get to the gym. I'm feeling desperate now.
