On the other hand my weigh in was less successful ... I didn't have a proper weigh in last week so I can't say exactly how much I have gained but I was 11st 3lb on the scales yesterday. Horrendous. So that little mini goal of being under 11st by my birthday on Friday has gone by the wayside, however I need to remember that even though the scales aren't changing I am slimmer. I must be to have fastened that pair of jeans.
What we need is a plan of action ... well, me ... I do. Here it is.
- Continue to go on the wii fit every day. The wii fit is marvellous and believe it or not it does make you sweat. I hold wii fit yoga solely responsible for getting in those jeans!
- Start writing down what I eat again. Even though I think I am not over eating I really must be.
- Birthday or no birthday I want to have a loss next week.
