It all started to go wrong...

I am going to confess to my naughtyness...Here goes.
  • Last Thursday I had a 4 finger Kit kat...I went over my points
  • Friday I had some smarties AND a curly wurly. For tea I had half a ww pizza and 2 waffles with some extra light mayo...I went over my points
  • Saturday I had too many bloomin biscuits (there is a pattern here) I also went to a 2nd birthday party and had an icecream. I also had a ww mini roll and a packet of very low fat asda crisps, I also cooked a brilliant chicken biryani ...points wise for this wouldn't be too high as i made it from using just spices and a can of tomatoes...however i didn't count my points at all, but i know for sure...I went over my points
  • Sunday I ate more biscuits and I had a bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes. I had a sausage sarnie (low fat bread but not low fat sausage) I cooked a cottage pie. I also had 2 curly wurly's and again i didn't count my points, but i know for sure...I went over my points

I weighed myself this morning and I was 10 st9 3/4lb. Thats half a lb more than i weighed last monday evening so god knows what i shall weigh later on. I also only went to the gym once last week as I was too busy at work on the Friday.

I am back on track from now as I have over 4lb to loose in 4 weeks...I'm on a misson.
