Anyway, today I have made a decision about my diet strategy. I have been unbelievably rubbish lately with keeping track of my syns and I feel like I need a bit of a change. So in an attempt to give my weight loss a bit of a boost I shall be following weight watchers this week. Don't get me wrong, I don't think weight watchers works better than slimming world or vice versa. Actually I feel like slimming world promotes a healthier approach to eating in general but I have just got a bit apathetic about following it properly. I am so used to slimming world now that I don't need to think about it ... and that is a fatal mistake. I should be thinking about what I am eating and drinking. So the plan for this week is this :
- Eating no more than 18 pts per day, ideally saving some for the weekend.
- Keeping track of my exercise and earning bonus points to use on treats.
- Trying extremely hard to stick within my points at the weekend too.
I feel quietly optimistic about achieving successful weight loss this week. Particularly as myself, Jayne and our good friend and regular blog reader Vix, are going to Hulagise at the local leisure centre. I've booked us in for Thursday night's class and we're going to try our hand at hula hooping away our jelly bellies. I'll let you know how that goes ... although we are all kind of expecting to be spectacularly bad at it! Watch this space!
