Hulalicious!

What Jayne says is all true. Hulagise is excellent fun! In fact, I haven't yet stopped smiling. The 45 minute class went so quickly I was very surprised when we had to pack up and go home. It really gets the heart rate up and makes you sweat. I can certainly feel that it did something to my tummy and waist area anyway (and not just the big purple bruise on my left hip ... it worked my muscles too lol).

I think hula could become a regular feature in our slimming adventure as Jayne and I have spent most of the morning looking for internet bargains on weighted hula hoops! I definitely intend to go again. We are just trying to decide whether to do hulagise again next week or whether to go a little earlier and have a go at rebounding. Rebounding is aerobics on little trampolines and sounds like a riot!

I really really want a hoop ... now!!! Hehehe.
