
I think I have finally got myself into the slimming groove. I'm feeling very positive about my future diet prospects at the moment. For a start I now have the time to pay a little more attention to what I am eating. Last week I finished working on my MA ... yes that's right. I'm all done studying! Hurrah!!! I am still getting used to the feeling of not always having something in the back of my mind that I need to be doing, but I'll get over that soon enough I'm sure. That means that as of Monday this week (which by coincidence is the start of the Chinese New Year) I have time to tidy the house a bit, do some proper cooking and
*drum roll* do some exercise! This week I went to aerobics on monday night and i'm going again tonight. It is now wednesday and I have stuck to my points so far too. In terms of diet dangers we are being cooked a meal by some friends on saturday night so i'll have to watch what I'm shovelling in there but i'm hoping to get some exercise in on sunday too to minimise the effects.
Oh yes ... this weeks weigh in. I am please to report that my slightly postponed tuesday weigh in showed a 1 and 1/2 lb loss. Yippee! That puts me at 11st 5 and 1/2 lb and very much on track for the 9lb in 9 weeks challenge.
