This weeks weigh in could have been better, but equally it could have been much, much worse. Somehow, despite the weekend cheese fest I managed to stay the same at 11st 4lbs. Pheeeew! I also avoided having a massive post weigh-in binge too, opting instead for a tasty lean steak with salad. I did treat myself to a small glass of wine and a sliver of Tarte au Citron but I didn't stuff my face by any means and stayed well within my syns. I have got my weetabix and banana breakfast at the ready and a brand new food diary sheet which always makes me feel uber organised and optimistic.
My strategy for the week is to try and include plenty of red days. Now, I love green days with all the potatoes and pasta to fill up on, but I do feel I have a tendancy to over-indulge just because it's free food. The week before last I did mostly red days and had a pretty good loss so I think it's a good way to go. I will have lost at the next weigh in though, by hook or by crook.
