5 goods days...1 bad

I had been very good all week, eating lots of fruit and salads. I only went to the gym once as I normally go on Fridays but my cousin and her hubby were coming over so i didn't want to go home sweaty and in gym clothes. I am proud to say though that that for tea on Friday I had a lovely chicken salad...the others had orange chips. AND i didn't even steal ONE. Saturday I behaved and make a batli for tea...All within syns.

Sunday was my bad day. I had jam on toast for breakfast and fruit for lunch followed by biscuits for snack. Tut, (I have now got Tony to hide the biscuits as I can't help myself) and I made a Sunday roast for tea seeing as it was fathers day. I did it the best I could by making my own roasties (I did these like syn free chips) and had lots of veg, but also had chicken, yorkshire pudding, stuffing and gravy. As much as I wanted a curly wurly about 9:00 i resisted and even went on my stepper and did some sit-ups.

I'm not expecting much from today’s weigh in. I don't think I have gained but doubt I have lost much. I WILL go to the gym twice this week as I think is helps loads.
