- Breakfast : Tomatoes on Toast(HEb) - a trusty favourite of mine
- Lunch : HUGE jacket potato with baked beans, salad and two laughing cow lights(HEa) and a Muller Light yoghurt
- Dinner : Spaghetti Bolognaise(HEb) with a bit of grated cheese (HEa)
- Syns : I had extra beef bolognaise sauce (5) and because Tessa told us to make sure we ate all our syns I had two Oreo biscuits (7) with a cup of tea before bed. Total syns - 12
I like green days. I think I might do a lot of those. I wasn't in the slightest bit hungry all day ... although I was ravenous when I got back from aerobics but that was OK cus I was able to eat a huuuuge bowl of pasta. 70g of cooked minced beef isn't really enough for spag bol but I was able to use some syns for some extra sauce.
As promised Tessa called up last night ... I was at aerobics and Dave thought she was a telesales person so I don't think he used his best telephone manner but she wasn't deterred. She sent me a nice text instead and I was able to text her back and say everything was going ok.
Think I might go with another green one today. Gotta love your carbohydrates.
