- Gin & Tonic (slimline tonic!)
- Saag Aloo Balti with Garlic Fried rice and Naan
- Wine (again)
- Sausage sandwich (red and brown sauce)
- Roast Lamb dinner ... with a few carrots and a LOT of mash
- Wine (yes, more)
- Chocolate chunk and hazelnut cookies (fairtrade ... delicious ... lots)
Ok, having written it down it seems I have a lot of making up to do. Currently working on a list of diet commandments (Thou shalt not automatically reply 'peanut m&ms' when husband asks if you want anything while he's out etc). Think Slimming World may have its work cut out.
On a positive note I am really looking forward to finding out how the diet works and getting started now. I'm ready! Let's do it!!!
