Not quite an addict, but as you will see I have done lots of extra exercise this week.
Weigh in last night showed a loss of 1 and 1/4lb. Taking me to 10st and 3/4lb. Aaaaalmost back at goal weight. I am pleased with that.
I was very unsure what the scales would say as I had gone over my points at least 3 days. On wednesday I had a 2 course meal at the 6th form ball and a few drinks, Friday I munched on a few biscyuits, Saturday we went to Gems for a BBQ, but I was well behaved and Sunday I went to the pub for lunch, but I did choose from the healthy menu and then had fruit for tea.
The exercise I did really must have helped.
Sunday = 3 mile power walk with Vix
Monday = 3 and a half mile power walk with Vix
Tuesday = Gym
Wednesday = Nothing
Thursday = 3 mile power walk with vix and Gem
Friday = Swam 16 lengths
Saturday = Nothing
Sunday = 40 minute boxercise DVD and then walked for an hour.
We had planned to power walk yesterday but the weather was awful so had to cancel it. I did think about doing some exercise once Fin had gone to bed, however I was still aching form the exercise the day before so I just chilled on the sofa and did nothing. I shall be going to the gym today and either a power walk today or tomorrow. depends on the weather.
I am going to try and lose this 3/4lb by next week so I again need to be good. I am going to try and eat better this week and I shall continue to do lots of exercise.
Just heard from Vix. She has stayed the same this week.
