No News is Bad News

I think you can pretty much guarantee that if I am quiet on the blog I am doing some diet related misbehaving. Well, since last weigh in - which was very very good - I have been being very very bad. In short, I am back up to 11st 2.5lb which is rubbish. I have skipped meals then filled up on junk, eaten out, ordered in, had not one but TWO delicious BBQs over the bank holiday weekend and yesterday (to really top it off) I had tea at the pub and despite choosing a jacket spud instead of chips I was unable to resist a rather large portion of hot chocolate fudge cake with ice cream :P If it makes it any better I couldn't finish it all?

So, today is a day of good behaviour, rather late into the week but better than never. I have decided to change my weigh I day to a friday before our power walk. (Its also the day when I am most tempted to eat badly at work due to big-breakfast-day culture and a canteen menu that is basically the weeks leftovers plus chips) It is only two days away though so I'm not expecting a massive loss since monday but even a stay-the-same would be a blessing at the moment.

I'm off to aerobics this afternoon ... I almost got out of i as I couldn't find my trainers and then at lunch time I remembered they were in the boot of the car from the last time I intended to go and do some exercise and didn't quite make it. What am I like? :o)
