Lets Power Walk our way to skinnyness

I have stayed the same the last 2 weeks. I want to loose 4lb but struggling to be good. I can't help but pig out of an evening and a weekend. This needs to STOP. Not only is it not helping me loose weight, but I am eating lots of crap so it is making me feel all bloated and rubbish.

I have been chatting with my fellow dieters this morning and we came up with a plan. Myself, Gem and Vix need to start meeting up on a regular basis. We will meet up every Friday for a chat about how the dieting week has gone so far and how not to mess up over the weekend, recipe idea's, low point foods etc etc...things like what you discuss at the meetings...and we will do all of this while power walking.

Fabulous. Gets us active, fit, will help loose the lbs and also means we can have a nice catch up.

We start this Friday :)
