Oh forgot to blog...I did loose last week...2lb in fact. I was pleased with that as I had been really well behaved.
THEN IT ALL WENT WRONG lol.
On Tuesday last week I was still doing well. I'd had my usual cereal for breakfast and a salad for lunch with a yogurt for pudding. That day I went to the gym and did 15 minutes on the treadmill. Then decided to do a spin class. After 15 minutes I started feeling a bit giddy. I got off the bike and my legs were like jelly, I started feeling sick so went outside..and then fainted. So I then needed sugar so ate 2 chocolate bars. From then on it went downhill. I stopped counting points and on friday I caved in and had a chinese. I ate biscuits over the weekend too...and lots of chocolate. Yesterday I had bangers and mash for tea mmmm.
I forgot to weigh in yesterday. Well..I remembered but I had already had my breakfast and a few biscuits by then. I was also wearing heavy clothing...so didn't go ahead with it. However by weighing in this morning I can see that I have put the 2lb back on. Which is RUBBISH. I am going to behave from today and until I go on holiday this Saturday so that I can try and loose a little bit before I go. Then I will be good when I come back next thursday.
I don't know why I am making it so hard for myself to loose weight and keep it off.
