I weighed in on Friday as planned ... I managed to lose a rather measly 1/2 a lb taking me to 11st 1 and a 1/2 lbs. I suppose I should be grateful for a loss at all because to be perfectly honest I wasn't that well behaved last week so I put the loss down to my trip to aerobics. Then of course it has been a bank holiday weekend so there have been plenty of opportunities for naughtiness too including a house party on saturday and a BBQ on sunday. I didn't count points this weekend. Hmmm.
I would like to say that I plan to behave myself for the rest of the week, and while I don't have any plans for being especially naughty I haven't exactly made plans to be especially good either. Today's menu is Rice Crispies and Strawberries for breakfast (good behaviour), for lunch I have ham salad sandwhich on thick fresh crusty bread (bad behaviour) with an apple and a ww fromage frais (good), then a jacket potato with reduced fat coleslaw and salad for tea (good) and probably a sprinkling of cheddar cheese on top (bad). Then for pud some more strawberries (good) with a scoop of ice cream (bad).
I really should make more effort ...
