Is it Week 4?!?!?!

Weighed in yesterday, have lost an almighty 1/2lb this week!! So cross with myself, as i've done sooo much walking with Liv and the dog...very disappointed as now only lost 5 and 3/4lb so far. I've normally done so well by now, so very disheartened.

But i suppose it's given me a kick up the bum and made me realise that perhaps just walking is not enough for me....so the plan for my exercise now is .....mon - DVD, Tues - Day Off, Weds - Bike, Thurs - DVD, Fri - Bike, Sat - Maybe DVD depending on my mood!!! Just gotta stick to it now....really fed up of being a bloater now, and the goal of me loosing 14lbs for my birthday is not gonna happen now, as can't see me loosing 8 1/4lb in 2 weeks!!!

I've also started doing 25 lunges on each leg when i'm drying me hair....i look very silly doing it, but hopefully that'll make some difference in toneing my thunder thighs up.

Am so constipated aswell, which isn't helping..sorry TMI!!

I reckon that's exactly what you need love ... a great big poo. Get some all bran down your neck, and a few prunes. The lbs will be dropping off then ;)

PS. I'm only kidding ... you are doing great so far. Its all going in the right direction. Give yourself a new goal based on 1-2lbs a week and keep at it!
