The Gainer

Well. I have put 1lb on this week. How naughty is that. I now weigh 10 stone 2 and 3/4lbs. So I may as well class that as 3lb to get to goal. I am going to the gym today and WILL make sure I go at least twice this week. I think I need to start doing something of a weekend as well. As this is when I tend to eat more. I will try to take take inspiration from Vix "the loser" and do an exercise DVD.

I AM going to be good ALL WEEK. I have written each meal down for the whole week and have no snacks at work or at home apart from fruit. Feeling determined and got the fire back in me belly. There is one thing this week which means I'll be going out for a meal. It's Valentines day on Saturday so hubby and I are going to the cinema. I'm going to take something low points to snack on like rainbow drops or snack a jacks. Then we are going to have a meal. We are going to do this during the day time, so thinking about it, this will help as I'll prob just have a lighter meal and won't be tempted by having any pudding. Then I could have no point soup for tea. I'll be able to keep the points under control doing this.
