I forgot to diet last week. I wasn't bad as such, but ate quite a few mince pies and just didn't bother thinking about points...especially Friday night as we had supper at my aunties and had cheese baps, pringles and a slice of pizza. I went to the gym once last week.
I have put on 1/2 a lb taking me up to 10 stone 1lb. For my meal out with the girls last night I had a pesto and veg lasagne with garlic bread. It was delish. I then had choc brownie for pud but only managed to eat half. I had 2 glasses of rose spritzer. Enjoyed the evening a lot. Always good to catch up with the girls.
I would say I will behave as of today. But I have just eaten a sausage and egg mcmuffin :0
I will only have my banana and yogurt for lunch though. So...I will behave myself as of tomorrow.
Booked the gym for Wednesday and Friday this week.

A proper good breakfast was needed today. My choice was bacon on toast with brown sauce. Yummy!
