Christ almighty, i cannot stop eating, what on earth is the matter with me!! I have misbehaved all week, just can't help myself....Gem, i too feel like a fat hippo too.
I scived out of weigh in yesterday (very naughty). I'm gonna try nad get back on track this week, as i'm heading down that terrible slippery slidey slope of fatness again...just when i started to feel better about myself and my belly seemed to be shrinking a bit. I have done no exercise last week at all. I am plannning to get my ass in gear and get back on that bike this week and walk my poor dog some more.
ALthough looking at Zoe's photo of me, at the Pilot....i look like a squirrell who is hiding a years worth of nuts in it's cheeks!! What's going on with my chubby face!!! aaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrgggghhhh.
Am desperate to get down too my 13 stone this week (feel revolting writing that!!!)...
