Well. It's been a while since I have wrtten on this blog. Since getting to goal I have put on 4lb. Thats due to easter and eating lots of chocolate, having a week off work and then just not getting back in to the swing of it.
So I know weigh 10 stone 4lb. I didn't do well last week at all. But hoping there won't be a gain tonight...I was good during the working day. But as soon as I got home I pigged out on rubbish rather than having a proper meal to fill me up. We also went to York on Saturday and although I took a picnic with me so I could have been good. I had an icecream after the picnic and sausage and chips for tea. Not forgetting the scone and jam I had in a lovely cafe outside york minster.
Yesterday we went to visit Chris, Pete, Lou and Lee and they put on a lovely spread of cobs, pizza, pringles etc. Very scrummy.
So as you can see. I am well off the dieting wagon and need a push back on. This week I AM going to diet. I AM. Today I have bran flakes for breakfast, but I don't have any lunch. But I wil be good and get a salad or a ww wrap. I have a cadburys light moose for pudding and a banana for snack. I will have chicken, salad and a jacket spud for tea.
NO BISCUITS OR CHOCOLATE ALLOWED THIS WEEK. Not even a curly wurly. These are all hidden at home so not to tempt me.
I still want to loose those 4lb by 18th May (yikes??) Fingers crossed.
Well done to Vix on her 2lb loss. Here is to a good week for us all girls. I can feel it...
