Bloated
Christ almighty, i feel like a big bloated whale today....defo gotta start behaving myself again as i feel so digsutingly fat today..
Its not the right time to diet...FACT
I have also done my xmas shop online. Mine is coming Saturday. With it will come mince pies, pringles,sausage rolls, mini pizza's, bread sticks, cheese, crackers and a dip :0 hehe
I am rubbish. Once I have eaten my yogurt I will have had 10 points already today and that not including the chocolate balls I have just eaten!!! I did want to make a salad for todays lunch but when I opened the fridge I realised I had not lettuce so I made a ham, cucumber and radish sarnie on wholemeal bread. It was nice but it wasn't ww bread :o I had cereal for breakfast. A banana about 11:30 and just eaten my sarnie. I have a yogurt to eat in a bit to.
I have my gym stuff so I am defo going today. Thing is my mom has made a spag bol and is coming round for tea with it tonight. I can't resist my fave :) So I will go over my points today. On Friday I am going out with a few people from work so i'll have a vodka or 2. Then Saturday we are having a chinese at my dads and on Monday we are having a little get together with all support staff and we are having a buffet. I am bringing in a nut selection :p
So...........there is NO CHANCE on a loss on Monday. Oh well. I guess I'll just have to deal with what ever I put on over christmas...after christmas.

Xmas Shop
Well i've just bitten the bullet and done my asda online shop, managed to get a delivery for late sat night, so just gotta get veg on the 23rd. I have been so naughty, there isn't a hint of diet food on my order at all, i had to stop myself ordering a bottle of creme caramel baileys...but held off and removed it from the basket!! There's choc log, mince pies, gammon roasting joint with honey, sensations crisps....you getting my drift here....oh yes and a mountain of cheese!! mmmm can't wait.
I've also had a homemade mince pie this morning for breakfast at work!! Yummy....going home for soup and ryvita then coming back for a slice of the homemade xmas cake.
There is just no hope for me now is there...

Tea Bread Recipie ... No Fat.
OOoh I forgot to mention, on Sunday morning I made tea bread from a recipe on Nigella Lawson's website. It's lovely and cakey and best of all the recipe uses absolutely no fat. The whole loaf comes in at 35 points, so if you cut it into 12 portions they would be 3pts per slice. And a 3pt slice would be a pretty generous chunk actually! It's yummy. I had a slice with my fruit and yoghurt lunch yesterday ... it gets better after a day or so as the fruit goes all sticky :P

Three Little Piggies
Well, It seems like all three of us have all been a bunch of scoffers this week! I also have put on 1lb taking me back to 11st 3lb. Aah boo. I haven't been especially naughty, and I haven't been especially good either. I've not wrote down anything I've been eating and I certainly didn't do any exercise. My attempts at behaving as much as possible before Christmas has been limited to putting off buying the Christmas booze till as late as possible so that I don't drink it all!!! :o)
So anyway, I could lie and pretend I am going to be good between now and Christmas but I won't. It's Xmas dinner day at work today, the Xmas meal for Hubby's Mandarin Chinese class on Thursday (chinese buffet) and my works doo on Friday. Then on Saturday Hubby and I are flying to Barcelona for our first wedding anniversary which is on Monday. Needless to say I won't be searching out a set of scales while we are there! We get back on Tuesday and Wednesday is Christmas Eve. Any attempts at best behaviour now would be futile!

Little miss piggy
I have put on a lb :( boo booo boooooooo
I now weigh 10 stone 2lb. The past 2 weeks have not been great food wise. I have been eating more and excercising less. I have not been even thinking about points really. I mean...deep down i must have been as I have had to stop myself a few times from pigging out. But I certainly havent't been counting them.
I wanted to be 10 stone by christmas but I doubt that will happen...I'm only 2 away so it could be worse. I can't even begin to tell you what I have eaten as I also never wrote anything down.
I have also been lazy and not been preparing my lunch. So not only does that add up on points..it also not good for the bank balance. Once I have finished writing this I am going to make me a salad...yep...a salad. Not had one for ages (and it shows lol) I have also just booked the gym for tuesday and thursday. I am having a chinese at my dads on Saturday but I will just have a chow mein. Apart from that I have no excuses to be naughty.

Porkers back in town!
Christ almighty, i cannot stop eating, what on earth is the matter with me!! I have misbehaved all week, just can't help myself....Gem, i too feel like a fat hippo too.

Weekend Temptations
In theory this weekend shouldn't be too difficult to stick to the old diet thingy as we don't have anything planned as such, but in pratice I'm not feeling too good and want some comfort food (sore throat and ear ache - booo). I don't really fancy cooking this evening so unless hubby want's to russle something up (which I doubt) we will be taking-away from somewhere. Chinese would probably be easiest on the points so i'll suggest that and keep my fingers crossed.
We haven't got any social events on this weekend which is good as most of our social circle involves food and alcohol somewhere along the line ... but it does mean i'm going to be sat at home watching tv and most likely picking on stuff I bought t hide away for christmas (but not too hidden away that I cant get at them in the case of snackage emergencies).
I just ate a mince pie :o

Not behaving
Christ almighty, think that meal out on Monday has caused me more harm than good....behaved myself in a fashion, tried not to eat all my chips and only ate half of my pud and no booze for me. But since then, i have just misbehaved.
Didn't have any brekkie yesterday or today (gone off it!!), then had soup and ryvita for lunch, then went to the shop and purcashed a bloody Yorkie bar and scoffed it so quick when i got back to work gave myself indigestion! Then had cottage pie and veg for tea, then me and Andy scoffed half a small box of chocolate orange chocs!! Pair of bloaters!!!
I must must must get back into this dieting lark, my 3lb aim to loose this week has definately hit the skids. Am gonna try and get on the bike tonight, then again thurs, fri and sunday am!! Pooh, really hate the thought of exercising in this vile weather...just wanna be curled up on sofa with heating on, book in me hand and a box of chocs.
Menu for today is, fruit later for my brekkie, leftover chick soup and ryvita, yog and then leftover cottage pie and veg for tea....going to Andy's tonight and he always has chips....so gotta resist them lovely golden hot chippy chips.....mmmmmm....I WILL NOT EAT THEM, I WILL NOT EAT THEM

No saint week (+1 day)
I forgot to diet last week. I wasn't bad as such, but ate quite a few mince pies and just didn't bother thinking about points...especially Friday night as we had supper at my aunties and had cheese baps, pringles and a slice of pizza. I went to the gym once last week.
I have put on 1/2 a lb taking me up to 10 stone 1lb. For my meal out with the girls last night I had a pesto and veg lasagne with garlic bread. It was delish. I then had choc brownie for pud but only managed to eat half. I had 2 glasses of rose spritzer. Enjoyed the evening a lot. Always good to catch up with the girls.
I would say I will behave as of today. But I have just eaten a sausage and egg mcmuffin :0
I will only have my banana and yogurt for lunch though. So...I will behave myself as of tomorrow.
Booked the gym for Wednesday and Friday this week.

Miniscule Weightloss
Amazingly, I have somehow managed to have a little loss this week. Only a tiny amount, probably 1/4 of a lb or something like that but the wii fit only weighs in whole lbs so it's difficult to say. It smugly announced "Your weight has decreased a little since last time" with my BMI reduced by about 0.1 but my graph still reads 11st 2lb the same as last week. Phew!
Last night I thoroughly enjoyed the Girlies Xmas Meal choosing a roast turkey dinner which came with LOTS of veg which was nice to see and probably not too many points overall but don't worry I made up for it with the banoffee pudding which was lush and also huge but I managed to force it all in there along with a couple of glasses of red wine :P
On the good advice off Vix I am going to postpone my strike action and at least try to be good between now and breaking up from work on the 19th. It would be good to have a little loss on Monday which is the final weigh in before our wedding anniversary. I'd quite like to lose that 2lb and get myself under 11st before xmas but that is perhaps a bit ambitious. I am going to write down religiously what I eat and try to be as saintly as ... well ... Jayne and Vixta LOL!

3/4lb loss last week!
I'm very suprised, as hardley stuck to diet at all last week, particularly since Friday after drinking my whole lardy arse in Vino!! But the scales said a 3/4lb loss on Sunday, so sticking with that!!!
I've had a shite day today eating wise....skipped brekkie, had sausage roll and cup a soup for lunch and shall be scoffing tonight....am writing today off, no point stressing over it.
Have been to the shops at lunchtime and stocked up on my boring soup for lunch and salads so no more misbehaving for me.
Must try harder and exercise more this week, but really can't be assed at the moment. Was hoping to have lost a stone by xmas, but can't see me loosing 6 1/4lb in 2 weeks!!

Official Strike Action Called ;)
Before I get on the scales in about three hours time I would just like to apologise for the state of my food intake for the last week. I have not done well. I feel like a great big weeble and this seems set to continue over the next few weeks too. Can I call a strike for christmas? I will keep getting on the scales BUT there is little point trying to be god with all sorts of lovely food related goings on during the festive season.
I think my main mistake this week was drinking quite a substantial amount of wine and baking a banana loaf. It was a ruddy tasty bit of cake which luckily didn't last long after I shared it with my mom, dad, bro and his girlfriend in return for the use of my mothers loaf tin to bake it in. Not sure who got the best end of that deal!
Meals out happened. Fish and chips happened. Chocolate, ice cream, cheese scone, stilton steak and buttered crumpets also happened. Not looking forward to those scales later but I am looking forward to the girlie gossip, traditional turkey dinner and banoffee pie that will follow it (see what I mean?)!

Weigh in Whoopsie!
Whoopsie! I was just nudged by Jayne as I completely forgot to blog my weigh in result this week. It was a "could do better" week as I put back on 1lb taking me back to 11st 2lbs (but still better than where I started so I will try not to be too distraught).
I also feel like it was a bit of a lucky escape quite frankly. Last week was a bit of a challenge where food was concerned. Dave and I had our meal out with friends on Wednesday which was an advance first anniversary treat for us. They took us to a multi cultural all-you-can-eat buffet (sharp intake of breath) called the spice palace or something like that in Solihull. Personally, I think it's rude not to take all-you-can-eat literally at a place like that. They had Indian, Mexican, Italian, Chinese, Thai, and puddings by the boatload. It was nice, especially as they had real Indian sweets which I love ... those little syrupy doughnut ones. Ooh making me drool just thinking about it. That said between Monday and Friday (aside from the little excursion to the buffet) I was rather well behaved and stayed well within points to try and make up for the damage.
Until the weekend anyway.
On Saturday we had a lovely surprise visit from sis-in-law who lives in Crawley but happened to be in the local area and decided to deliver our Xmas card. So naturally, we went out for lunch. We went to the Halfpenny Green Vineyards and had a little mooch around their mouth watering farm shop then had lunch in the conservatory tea rooms overlooking the grape vines. Hubby and I shared a ploughman's salad platter for two. It came served on a two foot breadboard containing FOUR different types of local cheese, about half a leg of freshly carved ham, two warm crusty bread rolls each, chutney, pickles, coleslaw and some token leaves and salad. That was followed by a clotted cream scone and washed down with lots of tea. It will come as no surprise that I didn't eat another mouthful all day.
On Sunday it was my dad's birthday and we went out for a meal. I had surf and turf but left most of my chips to limit the damage ... but I did share a bottle of wine with my mom and then I had birthday cake so it was all undone.
This week so far I haven't managed to be that good. It is now Wednesday so I really ought to get back on the wagon. I am writing everything down as of right now. I promise. And I'm going to do a weigh in when I get home to discover exactly how much damage I have done.

It's all going wrong....
Oh dear, the title says it all...i can't stop misbheaving this week, don't know what's up with me...think it was scoffing that choc on Sunday that has made me do this?!?!? I could just kill anyone for a piece of chocolate....can't call it TOTM because i don't have that anymore with the implant in...what's the matter with me?

Du du du ... another one bites the dust.
So even though I had snaffled a few choc celebrations yesterday I managed to loose 1lb. Woowooo. So much better than I thought I would do. I now weigh 10 stone and 1/2 a lb. Sooooo close. I had spag bol for tea yesterday thanks to my mom. Yummy.
I am going to the gym tonight. Start my new routine on the treadmill. 1 minute walk then a 2 minute run, 1 minute walk then a 2 minute run and so on for 16 minutes. The cross trainer and my other exercises are the same as before.
I am still thinking about what to have to eat for our girls night out next Monday. We are having a 2 course meal. I will go for the turkey as my main as it's chritmas. Now...shall I have a starter of chilli chicken skewers or a chocolate brownie for pudding? Its a tough decision.

SILVER 7....FANFARE PLEASE
Well, i've done it....i've lost 7lb in two weeks!! I had messed up the first weigh in after i'd started, only lost 2 and half pounds (hate these 1/4lb and 3/4lbs, was never good at fractions and all that jazz!!) and this sunday i weighed in and had lost 4 and half lbs!! Was chuffed to bits. I still went on my bike in the morning for 20 mins, getting to like it now, but was a bit naughty in the afternoon snaffled quite a few chocolate brazils!!..oops, but good behaivour has started back again today.
I am planning on doing my exercise dvd this week, thought i'd have a change from bike.
I am feeling much more positive this week than what i was then end of last week, had a few slip ups and have got to stop getting on that bloody pair of scales all the blinkin time aswell.
I may have to have an early weigh in this week, as going to Patshull Friday night with the girls, so they'll be lots of scoffing and lots of drinking!! We;ll see how i get on in the week.

Same old Monday morning story
The title says it all. I was really good all week..until Friday lol. I ate loads. For breakfast I had a bacon and egg bap. There were a few reasons for this.
1. It was payday
2. It was Friday
3. I was under 10 stone (9 stone 13 and 3/4 lbs)
The team were then given a tin of celebrations as a thank you gift. So I ate one of those...then another..then a few more. Then when I got home I had a banana, a yogurt and a packet of crisps. I then had a bowl of Special K for tea. I then had an apple before I went to bed...Don't know where I put it all lol. I can defiantly say that I went over my 18 points lol. I did go to the gym that day...which won't really have helped much, but I'm glad I went.
Saturday I was good most of the day. Apart from a mince pie. But of the evening I did have a chinese as Tony really fancied one. I had a plain chow mein with 4 prawn crackers.
Sunday I was again good all day. Then had jacket spud, chicken, veg and gravy (becoming a regular) and a curly wurly.
So from Friday onwards I didn't count points. No idea what the scales will say, but hopefully they will not show a gain. I was 10 stone and 3/4lbs this morning.
