- Stop having any naughties on core because I end up not having enough weekly allowance left for the weekend but still eating/drinking them anyway.
- Go back to weighing and pointing and having the naughties and measuring them obsessively.
I have decided on option 2. Eat less of the foods I want. Controlled naughtiness. I am going to stick with what I have learned on core, because the free foods on core are generally quite low points so I can eat more and feel fuller than if I stuff myself with low-calorie no-nutrition rubbish. At the same time I can overcome my tendancy to absolutely stuff myself on pasta and potatoes because they are "free". I can also grab a limp sandwich from the asda or somewhere without blowing my treats allowance on days when I haven't been organised enough to prepare couscous or whatever.
So, I'm doing points. Points it is. It has worked before, it can work again.
Also, I have managed to get up to date with my uni work after the flu and a weeks annual leave and a level of laziness and apathy on my part which put me two weeks behind schedule. I have no excuse not to exercise now and I have double ensured that I go do some by arranging two seperate aerobics buddies for wednesday evenings class. That way, if for some reason one of them drops out (which happens quite often) I still have to go because the other one is expecting me. Then there will be yoga on thursday too. Full steam ahead.
Gem x
