Got the rhythm back

I counted my points yesterday and will try my very hardest to keep track all week. At last nights weigh in I had a loss of 1/2 a lb which takes me back down to 10 stone 1 and a 1/2 lb.

I have Special K (3) for breakfast. Half a grapefruit(0.5), a banana (1.5) and grapes (2?) for lunch (it's what I fancy today, as don't fancy salad or bread) with a yogurt (2) for my 3:30 snack. My mom has cooked a chilli so I will have that for tea with half a bag of rice to keep the points down. Will need to work out the points for that.

I'm going to the gym today. Wish I was going now actually. At least I'd be warm. Brrrr it's freezing today.

I'm not going to the all you can eat chinese with people from work on Sunday now. Thought I'd save money and points. Works out to be expensive though doesn't it as it would be myself and Tony for the meal, plus drinks, plus driving to Telford AND Tony is at work so would be a rush. Would rather spend that money on Christmas presents or something.

Well done to Vic and Gem. You have both done VERY well indeed. Woowoo.
